Ladies and gentlemen. It is a great pleasure for me to be given the opportunity to deliver a speech. I will talk about actual issue that happened in our environment.

Ladies and gentlemen. Nowadays we meet a big problem which related to our environment. This is a serious problem and we have to find the solution soon. The big problem is global warming. Every body has known through mass media such as newspaper, television, and internet people talk about global warming. Global warming has been hot issue recently and the effect of global warming has been truly felt by human.

Main topic:

Global warming is a condition where the earth is being warmer. Heat wave cause climate change extremely. Because of that the weather become unpredictable and also give disaster to the environment. We can see in our country, dry season is longer and cause much drought until many plant withered. In wet season, the extreme rain cause flood every where. It also destructed much rice field and many building.

Actually global warming is caused by ozone destruction. Ozone is a part of atmosphere which can filter sunlight in order to be safe when it is accepted by earth. Now there are many hole in ozone, therefore the earth get warmer sunlight. According to the scientists who have done some research to the environment, they said ozone destruction is cause by air pollution. The air contained CO and CO2. Both are produced by vehicles emission gas, burning trash activity. Actually both of gasses can be reduce by forest. Tress can absorb CO and CO2 through photosynthesis process and produce O2. But we know that people cut down trees everyday to get wood and burn forest to get land. After that they build farm and residence. So, there are no more forest left. Scientist said if this condition continuo 10 to 20 years then, this problem will be more difficult and the consequences will be more serious for us. Scientist observed ice land in north pole and in south pole melt everyday. It add water volume in the sea. Sea will make small island sink and cause floods.

Now people have to solve this problem. Don’t let disaster come to us. Actually we can repair the bad condition by coming back to natural life. We can decrease CO  and CO2 by planting trees. Reforestation is needed right now to balance the environment condition. We can plant trees in our home, along the street and every where.

Closing:

Through this event I want to invite every body to plant trees. I want to build the every body awareness to take care our earth. Because we can get much benefits from trees. Trees can absorb emission gas and produce O2 that is needed by us everyday. So, what we are doing today is very good for our children the next day. It has to continue and we can feel the result soon.

Let us make our earth green and fresh by planting trees. Invite every body to do what you do. I believe Good morning, we will get better live. Good morning.
